His expertise is grounded in five years of technology management research at London South Bank University for Rolls-Royce Aerospace plc, including the development of AI applications for superalloy machining. He delivers comprehensive training across leadership, project management, and HRM, alongside personalised coaching and mentoring.

Abdul’s global training experience spans numerous countries—including the UK, USA, UAE, and South Africa—underscoring his adaptability and cross-cultural competence.
